If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way, we are here to help.
Upon receipt, customers have up to 3-5 calendar days to contact and notify us regarding returns.
Customers must ship the item back to us in its original packaging. We strongly encourage to return the item via a trackable method.
Refunds are credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit/debit cards or PayPal accounts.
In returning the item, customer will shoulder the shipping costs or we can refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
